Permissions

Only admin and payroll generator can create a payroll. Only the generator who created the specific payroll can view or edit that payroll.

Before creating a payroll, make sure you have created the employee, added designation and company details.

To create a payroll,

  • Go to Payroll --> Payroll Run

  • Click on create new payroll.

  • Fill up the all mandatory details.

  • Enter the (payroll subject, payroll date, pay period(start date- end date) payroll approver)

  • Click on create - the payroll will be in draft.

  • To submit the payroll, you need to choose the payroll approver.

  • Click on create and submit
