# Delete a customer

To delete a customer from your contacts: 

 

* Go to Master --> Contact. 
* Click on the customer you want to delete from the list of contacts. Click on the ‘delete’ button and select ‘yes’. 

Note:  If you have already associated a contact with a transaction, that contact cannot be deleted.
